Te āheinga - The opportunity:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the primary purpose of this role is to support the CEO in meeting organisational strategic obligations through the provision of high quality executive administrative services.
This role does require occasional weekend work.
Ngā Kawenga me ngā Mahi – Duties & responsibilities:

Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline functions, processes, and systems, using automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Facilitate communication between the CEO, Executive Team, and the broader organisation, while building strong relationships to support growth and align with stakeholder objectives.

Ensure the CEO is informed and prepared to meet their strategic obligations.

Responsible for end-to-end co-ordination of reports for monthly sub-committees, Bi-monthly Board and Annual meetings of TToTW and Te Pou Oranga o Whakatōhea (TPOW).

Prepare, manage and communicate executive schedules and calendars.

Anticipate and coordinate the logistical requirements of the CEO.
Ngā wheako me ngā pūkenga - Experience & Skills required:
-
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO (or at C-suite level) with a diverse business portfolio.

Previous experience in corporate governance and working for a Māori organisation will be highly regarded.

Tertiary level business qualifications (or similar).

Exceptional communication and organisational skills.

Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite and technologically savvy.

Available for occasional weekend work.

Strong business acumen.

Demonstration of cultural principles and values.

The ability to communicate and understand Te Reo Māori will be highly regarded.
